Description
This plan is designed for athletes training 6 days per week and most likely targeting times close to 3 hours, or faster In includes one preparation race, a half marathon that coincides with the Bohermeen HM on March 8th Finishing with the Westport Marathon on April 19th Please note: Essential resources, including a training pace chart and a video overview of the schedule, are attached to Day 1 of the plan.
